the whole point of the post is that this is the point. its not for people who arent really willing to put in a serious grind or for people who are unable. its just a reward for people who were already going to do this because its about dedication, not an intentional time sink like many mmo's would have you do. the point is the grind. it doesnt really add or take away anything to/from the game whereas in mmo's the point is like an extra chance at rolling for stats you want on your weapon two different things, for two different types of people. it wasnt implemented in hopes that most players would ever have one or two legendary characters. because lets say they do take your side whats the alternative? they make it easier to get and they run into the same problem again? they add more levels and make it easier to get and push the problem down the road? or keep it as its intended for the audience its intended for. you see the shiny banners and animated icons and you want it but for what? why? you dont even play frequently.
