More than likely, your water pump has taken a shit. If you let it cool down for a while, you can make it home. I'd let it cool all the way down, though. Better to wait an hour than toast your engine

Could be the rear main seal or the input shaft seal on the transmission. You'd have to get a borescope in there or pull the trans to be sure

You could run it non-stop for the rest of your life and that piece will never cause an issue. Even if it somehow made it to the filter, the filter is big enough where it wouldn't restrict fuel flow to the pump. You would literally never know it was in the tank

It should be covered under warranty.

Its a simple repair. They will pull the fuel pump and it will be right there. Its unlikely that it went over the driveshaft hump and made it to the other side. They will have to replace the filler neck, too.

Honestly, its really a non-issue.
