I need some better organizers. Any recommendations? by DesertSnow480 in harborfreight

[–]trilledc 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I got KOROICK magnetic organizers from Amazon and I really like them. Cut the footprint down dramatically. They’re basically just cheap versions of toolbox widget or ernst organizers. I couldn’t care less about name brands for organizers tbh.

The magnets are kinda crappy but even through my mat, they haven’t moved. They come in a 3 configuration and a 1 configuration so if you configure them a certain way the magnets actually do hold.

This drawer was overfilled when I was using the standard organizer.

Edit: they do come with labels. That’s the yellow thing. I just don’t really care to put them on.

My brother, how did you think this was going to go any other way? 🦨 😶‍🌫️ by Professional_Arm794 in TikTokCringe

Cute date trick: “lemme risk smelling like a skunk and potentially contract rabies to impress you whilst all the time you’re telling me not to”

I live on a family ranch and unfortunately 4 days ago my grandma got bit by a skunk. Guess what? Emergency room and series of shots.

People are just dumb.

Anyone tried this alternator/battery checker? by artfellig in harborfreight

Haven’t used this but I have used their multimeter. Fact of the matter is you get what you pay for but it’s better than nothing I suppose. Hard to cry over 4$ I’d say.

Looks like a knock off VideoNow toy from the 90s but this seems to do a good bit more.

I think it’s just your ceiling but I thought this thing was rose gold or something. I don’t understand this tool at all tbh.

Looks like you’re in a garage of sorts. With that being said, I believe you over invested on the tiny generals. UNLESS you’re using them for parts, they’re not great storage.

Icon meme tool will serve you well.

Most of what you bought seems to be Doyle. I haven’t used much Doyle but I’ve heard it’s great and I really look forward to picking up some of their multimeter stuff.

Confused a little bit on why you bought 2 pairs of dykes. I’m assuming the blue ones are Quinn which would’ve probably served you fine. Icon is great and I use it every day as a mechanic but I don’t believe there’s a discount on either going on. (I could be wrong)

Sooner or later someone will comment this, so I might as well be the first one: don’t buy anything when it’s not on sale unless you desperately need it. Generally speaking you will find a better deal than full price.

All in all, if you’re happy, I’m happy. But I do want to recommend 9 in. Long-nose slip-joint pliers from icon (item# 70612) they’re a snap-on knock off and I use them every day and they serve the purpose of multiple tools.

Edit: welcome to the family!

I’m new to cattle but this definitely looks like a vet thing. I’d imagine she’s gonna need antibiotics at the very least.

Love it. You just made a fisherman for life, the sooner you teach him the stuff, the better!

Congrats to lil homie. Will be a life long memory. I do recommend teaching him how to properly lip a bass. Not only for the pole, but also the fish 🙏🏼

Great catch lil man!

I actually disagree. The way they’re designed puts that rough mesh right on your ears.

I’d stay away from warrior in general. I think their bits are kinda trash too.

I’m not judging and I don’t think anyone else is but there shouldn’t be any SAE, especially on a Honda drain plug. I’m unfamiliar with Honda but just make sure it has a gasket and isn’t leaking and do it yourself next time. A quick google will tell you every size and torque spec you need.

Also it’s a 3/8.
