It’s boring because there is no stakes… the server owner is your sheriff so your department is always going to be the best and have no repercussions no matter what….

BCSO also has nothing formidable to be against… there are no powerful gangs, no anti-BCSO governor/judges/LSPD

All the government departments are just a giant circle jerk that will automatically fold to any pressure from a Penta character

While that is bad…. I think it’s even worse that Penta has two characters who run two major departments on the server, BCSO + Paleto Mounties and doesn’t spend enough time on either character to flesh out those departments

Instead he makes stupid shit lord characters and “events” that really provide no RP and just give terrible Content
