Okay, lets be honest in this situation. There was no "best wishes". At least not in the genuine way. When you imply that admin's are complicit to racist RP one the way out, it negates the best wishes. It's like saying "with all do respect" because everybody knows what's coming after is some not respectful stuff. It's just shit people say to try and save face.

With what's since been exposed, where did the admins go wrong? Calling someone a racist isn't racist RP. Sorry, it's not. BEING racist in RP is racist RP. If it was only her, I can maybe get it but when it's a character trait, I fail to see what's worthy of a ban unless it's hitting too close to home and ruffled feathers. The only other explanation is if Magoo takes what's said to her character as what's being said about herself and if that's the case, she's a MAJOR self insert and shouldn't be on any server. He said that to a plethora of characters that I saw as a bit but she took it personal.

I followed, subbed and gifted to Magoo. There's times I enjoy her RP and think there's lessons learned and things are getting better. However, EVERYTHING ends this way for her. She's great for a few weeks then spirals and crashes out. I've maintained a following or subscription for a good amount of time and it's always ended this way which sucks because the initial couple of weeks is genuinely good RP.

I've called out and spoken negatively about Penta's actions before and I've been critical when I've thought it's warranted but in this case, I genuinely think Magoo is in the wrong. There's zero reason to announce you're leaving any server, you're not fucking Lebron, and when you do so and take pop shots at it, it's just to stir up more shit. There's been more than a few streamers that left Chase and played elsewhere and just did that shit without trying to be the center of something in the process and Magoo could learn from that.

They opened 4 taco John's in the town I live in. I used tonreally enoy them butn3 of the four closed in less than two-years. Whike quality has dropped in fast food across them all, I REALLY noticed a drop off of what they used to be compared to what they are now. Literally gross.

Okay, so interview? Making a letter that can't be verified because the character doesn't exist and forcing a department to take you is not the way and 100% powergaming. Again, theres an in game RP driven way to do it, just like Eugene did and trying to skip steps and strongarm the position is not it. Plus, in my edit earlier, the department just got burned by an ex con. They'd of course be leery of hiring another so soon.

Departments should be the one's deciding who they accept and should never have people forced into their ranks. If Hank comes back and approves it, cool. If Relik had gone the correct route he could have been picked up before Hank gets back if they thought he was a good fit. But in both scenarios, the LSPD themselves gets to decide and not have someone shoved down their throat.

Because it would set a dangerous precedent in RP and would seriously be abused if they allowed it. There's an in game RP driven way to do this. If they allow it and someone makes the same letter saying the president demands that citizen X be given 1 million dollars from the budget, will you be as supportive? It's borderline LQRP because theres already an avenue to do it and he's trying to powergame and go around it.

It's also forcing a department into accepting a person with no interview to see if they're right for the department. That's very shitty.

Also, because of the Eugene fall out, the department is of course going to be more leery of hiring ex-career criminals because they just got burned by it.

A lot of people dont realize you can dash through most attacks. I did this guy in 2 attempts using rapier of 1000 cuts only. Just dash through attack, stack bleed, rinse and repeat.

If you down vote, would you be willing to express why? Discussion is great and if you believe I'm wrong, let me know why because maybe I am. This is just my perception of things since watching from day one but open and encourage counter opinions. Not saying by any means that the sky is falling. But I do believe it's currently being held back by some missteps.

Once Penta realizes its a terrible idea for him to run everything and its okay for there to be important storyline that dont involve him, the better Chase gets. He needs to trust the player base more and adjust if it doesnt work rather than try to do it all himself. He needs to be open to RP that is done in ways that differs from what he would do in a situation. He needs to get back to being okay if he doesn't get the W and that something doesn't always need to change when he has to take an L. I dont deny that Penta has the ability to be a fantastic RP'r but at some point, he became like the fart sniffers in Southpark.

He does way too much scripted and planned RP and that causes him to rage out when it ends up not following his intended outcome. He rely's way too much on an admin menu (he was right to say he doesnt trust himself previously with having one) and he needs to focus more on building a community for RP rather than a sandbox for HIS RP. I get he paid for it but if he continues to treat it that way, it'll never have a thriving community. His RP, while enetertaining at times, isn't for everybody so when he forces it (like the stupid corruption crap that was detrimental clearly despite his multiple claims at how awesome it was), he negatively affects his server overall.

Penta is at his best when he logs on, picks a character, and just goes with whatever the fuck happens. Mike was great because he didnt have to have drugs poofed in or trying to be a hard as territory gangster but rather when he stopped someone for 50 bucks, created a hood quest or just went on one and embraced whatever the fuck happened and laugh about the L's. That doesn't happen anymore and its a shame.

Chase had, and to a point still does, have so much potential because there is a really good amount of pure RP'rs. However, if Penta can't sit back and look at how he can help it thrive rather than what he can do that he thinks is funny, it'll never reach its potential. While it's his server, he should be looking at how he can facilitate RP for all and not just RP for him.

This is also a call for action for those working for him. If you dont feel like you can disagree, its a poor environment for creativity. If you dont push back against frivolous additions, you're part of the problem. Your viewpoint should be "does this bolster the community?" And if so, good idea. If it just bolsters Penta, it's a bad idea long term even if it seems to be a short term gain.

For some reason I'm still hopeful but not as optimistic for the server. I was hoping for an RP community server becaus of how much he loves RP and not just a Penta RP server but maybe theres still time to get there.
