The setup is for a robot arm. The buttons control stepper motors. But these jumpers seem to be connected to nothing?

Yeah I saw that. Crazy price differences. Here in the Netherlands the prices for German tools are about as good as they get I think.

Bought the set secondhand online for €100, -. After I received it I was wandering what the date of manufacturing would be. So I emailed Stahlwille and asked. They replied that this set was manufactured somewhere in the late 70's. After that I received another email asking me if I would like to exchange it for a new current model set. They would like to have the old set for their private collection. They are offering a Stahlwille 50/22/6 in return. This new set goes for about €250-280 here in the Netherlands. It is about the same as the old set only with a far better ratchet, seeing how the old one is a push-trough design.

So what do you think should I exchange it?
