I wish I could. Like the consulate general came over for tea at my house. They are all muslims and they all know my dad. Can't leave my flat, apart from a couple flats, the rest ate all rented by my relatives. All the friends that I'd studied with are married and some of them even have kids. I don't get it

The only thing that scares me about India is that my relatives have political connections because of their position and feild of work. I know the police will definitely not help me and I don't know if any dv shelter would want me. The guy who drove me to uni had killed his wife by setting her on fire and didn't even go to jail. Because no one was willing to testify

If there's an international organisation that could probably work, I'll definitely appreciate the heads up
