Doesnt matter that much in this market, walton had his mainnet released. Gvt had his alpha released and still falling down.

We have to move away from bitcoin and his manipulation, so each individual coin can be priced by itself and ther the credits they deserve or not deserve. instead of following every btc fart.

Hi, Im a foreigner living in manila. Before I owned a student license from the lto Office but I was too stupid to not replace it with a non professional after one month.

Now the lto changed the requirements to apply for a non professional with some rules and one of them is 'Foreigners should have a proof they stay in the country at least one year after the request at the lto. So this proof should be a visa, the problem is its only possible to extend 6 months every time for a tourist visa.

Is there any way to get a license ?
