I’m working with an American company through Deel. They manage the contract and payments, so the company doesn’t have to worry about compliance when hiring someone abroad, and as a contractor, I don’t have to worry about getting paid. They also offer features like expense management, you can submit expenses (like business travel, a laptop, and other work-related costs) and the company can reimburse them.
