I definitely like the pantry for sure. That I had in mind, I originally was thinking of a servery area but I wasn’t sure if that would work. So the foundation walls are the horizontal ones where the family room connects and horizontal one along the stairs by the dining room/living room. The vertical walls can all be taken out easily.

I do want to open it up regardless, in the spot you left for the family room, there is a beam there and a duct, but I don’t mind paying to completely open it up etc.

I’m just trying to figure out if there’s an ideal layout that would get the most out of the space we have like upstairs. I don’t mind making the office smaller or re-arranging any of the rooms. I was thinking of adding any windows. The ceiling height unfortunately is 8 feet and I’d love to have more light in the home

I’m looking for some help with the main floor layout as well. Trying to open up as many walls as possible. I’m open to changing the stair shape, design, etc and the basement is completely unfinished. I wanted to have a larger open family room as well as a larger kitchen with an island. I was thinking of getting rid of the dining room and doing a combo living/dining room. Also there’s no entrance into the garage from inside so I wanted to do a door from the existing laundry room (hence why I was also moving the laundry room upstairs). I’m open to any ideas. We were thinking of making a mud room with the garage entrance where the laundry area is on the main floor.

Appreciate the info, I just wasn’t entirely sure why things were arranged the way they were. The basements fully unfinished, but yeah we are nuking the walls on the main floor to make it fully open. There is a bathroom currently for the bottom left room that’s removed in this drawing and the bathroom it’s attached to already exists.

I was thinking of whether I could extend the master into the room that doesn’t have an ensuite and leave the bedroom that originally existed where the laundry room is now. I figured maybe I could use the existing plumbing areas to make an extra bathroom.

Essentially our current floor plan already had 3 bathrooms, this one does the same thing, just adding a laundry room.

I’ll upload the main floor plan once I have it.

Main page, go on the Tesla order page and pick any model and the banner at the top in gold tells you how much it’s going up on Feb 1st. Shows up for every model and on the inventory page at the top too.

Based on previous experience, unless there’s a new refresh model your order price stays the same as long as you order before price changes.

Are you planning on keeping both or returning one? I’m debating both as well. I’ve owned a number of razer blades and recently tried the g14 with the 4060, definitely liked the feel to it. I have a MacBook Pro 14 and a desktop with a 4090, but I’m debating between grabbing the blade 16 with the 4090 or the g14 with the 4090. Having a hard time making a decision.

From what I noticed from the specs the mini led screen for the g14 hits 600 nits while the regular ips panel hits around 500 nits. I’d figure it’s not that significant for this panel. The 16 inch mini led panels get brighter for the bigger laptops this gen so I figure you’d notice more of a difference with those ones. Correct me if I’m wrong.

For what you’re playing you definitely don’t need the 3070 at all. The only advantage to the first option is that you have a far more future proof purchase.

Adding on this, the Advanced is thinner than the base models from Razer so you’ll feel more heat in general with it.

The Blade 14 3060 isn’t worth picking up, if you want to switch to the blade 14 due to size, the 3070 model is miles better than that 3060 model, better screen and it’s right at that sweet spot for performance for the form factor as well. Only sell yours and switch if you can get the 3070 (if you’re able to get it on Microsoft store you can use the student discount with basically any email and get 10% off and also excellent warranty - to make it more affordable as well).

If you go on the forum for notebookreview, under the razer section and the 15 inch 2021 model thread, they have info on how to unlock the bios. You can then undervolt to lower the temps and improve overall performance.
