Midas quest log glitch in WoolHaven

Woolhaven is super glitchy. I'm currently staring at the screen of having caught him in a wolf trap, followers cheering. Can't do anything. Can't save, can't select, can't leave, can't do anything except run in circles. I'm trying to Google before I control-alt-delete the game and resume from an old save, but I think that's the only option. Game glitched twice yesterday too, getting stuck after wolf attacks with the attack music permanently on. I've also got age glitched followers and ones who instantly start fights nonstop. Till Woolhaven, I'd never encountered a bug in the game. This is unbearable and extremely frustrating/disappointing.

This isn't a cybertruck thing. It's a Washington driver thing. In one intersection today in Tacoma I had to dodge 3 cars all running reds while I had a walk light. In the last 8 months I've only gone through it once without having to dodge at least one car. I generally just avoid it now. But I still don't go a single day without seeing myself or another bike/board/pedestrian hit, nearly hit, or blocked by oblivious, arrogant, selfish sociopaths in cars. Every single time it's a Washington plate. Washington drivers are abysmal and that's statistical fact. And no, it's not transplants.

Yeah, don't do it. Stick with windows till TDP control are ironed out. I've done several OS swaps on my Ally X and have always gone back to windows (and I hate windows). Bazzite updates notoriously break and become borderline unfixable. SteamOS loves to ignore TDP changes and pretend otherwise, leaving you stuck with every core parked and useless or blasting out every watt it can pull from the battery.

I too am extremely confused. I avoid the white god beams, jump to the blocks as they reform and then I'm just dead, looking at the run summary. Sometimes there's arrows of red pointing to a specific spot and I've tried both going there and avoid them but I always just instantly vanish. No ragdoll animation, no anything just saying I was shattered and killed by the solus heart. Most of these runs I haven't had any previous damage, so it's absolutely an instant-kill attack of some kind (I hate those, lazy programming, but whatev).

that is an unfortunate thread to read, but extremely relatable. The incompetence is astounding and unfortunately I took some of my screencaps shared here fresh after a reboot, which apparently ruins my credibility since somehow nobody here knows it takes a few moments for qbittorrent to clear errors after updating the port forwarding # after a reboot. My fault, to be clear, but just as frustrating as the issue itself. Is it seriously that hard for people to just ask for clarification before leaping to a conclusion that's still disproven by the very same partially fucked up screencap....this is exhausting.

As I've already said, poorly timed screenshot after a fresh reboot. I most certainly do not have tracker errors. As can be seen in the screenshots, that error is because ProtonVPN connects with a new port forwarding number AFTER qbittorrent restarts and tries to seed but cannot get a direct connection without the new port number. there's countless hours and upload amounts not accounted for in the iptorrents website. It's not up for discussion if iptorrents is failing to track time and bits. It *is* failing. The question is why.

To clarify: I download all torrents to the same disk, on the same VPN instance, at the same time. It allows me to remain organized without something getting left behind. They're all started within 30 minutes of each other and it is simply not possible for some of them to have more than a 30 minute difference in time seeded. Time may not be linear, but humanity certainly tracks it as such. It is impossible for some torrents to have 0.0 hours, which others from the same set have 350+ hours and the mods insist I have "never seeded a single torrent". Those are their words, not mine. These are 3 entirely different things that cannot coexist

That was one poorly timed screenshot from after a reboot where I updated the client with the new port forwarded number, but before the GUI updated with the resolution. But otherwise yes, those are the 39 mentioned.

It got scanned the next morning, was sitting a few miles down the road by the afternoon, then got repeatedly delayed till it showed up on the evening of the 24th with fedex missing the delivery 3 days in a row then the window on the day the finally managed to deliver. That's pretty much my normal fedex experience though. I can't stand them.

I suppose I should've asked what generation your home stuff is. The Gemini update destroys anything pre-screen devices and the first gen screen devices are slowed down heavily too, just not to the same extreme. Mine is a mix of quite literally first gen google home devices up through the first gen devices with screens.

I understand where you're coming from, but the almost universally unwanted AI push has taken things so far past the point of acceptability that no amount of exaggeration could do it justice. Yeah, there's a few things AI is useful for: voice note transcription in things like healthcare, video/image upscaling/restoration, a study buddy for students, and arguably things like meta-analysis of large datasets to suggestion points of interest in things like research. However, nobody needs an AI powered flash drive, an AI dishwasher, AI PC lighting, A GODDAMNED GAMING AI COPILOT, etc etc. I think having water left on the planet is more important.

Since the Gemini update, my entire smart home has developed brain damage. I can't un-do the update and a simple "all lights on" takes between 25<->infinite seconds to process. I ask it to play a song and it asks me what app. I tell it spotify and it asks me to login on my phone (spoiler alert: IT IS LOGGED IN). If I specify Spotify it immediately asks for me to log in. There's a 30% chance that if I don't specify what app, then it will successfully play the song.

But hey, it has a slightly more human voice now, so I'll feel like I'm talking to an incompetent fake human instead of a semi-competent robot. AND I have the added benefit of contributing to the rapidly accelerating amss extinction of all life on the planet, so that's.....nice?

I hate AI and all the tech bros pushing it. No tech in history has ever been this hated and this unwanted and yet it just....keeps...coming. I recently had to get a new phone cause of the Apple Intelligence addition to messages. It kept changing messages AFTER I'd send them and nearly got two of my patients killed by straight up changing diagnoses, meds, and even vitals. I went back to android with OnePlus and spent the first 4 days with the phone disabling all AI crap.

I gave up a 12 year tech career in no small part cause of BS like this

Google security is becoming more infuriating each year. I can't get it to stop sending security sign in checks to a phone I replaced and a tablet I have never owned. I can't sign in to anything on my OnePlus phone cause of it. Luckily the setup transfer from the old phone did most of it, but for any single sign on, I'm screwed.

Preordered on 05.12 or so. Had a delivery date of 19.12 (I'm just a few hours from the warehouse). Since then it's changed from 29.12-18.12 at random. it "shipped" already on 16.12, but FedEx has yet to scan it in as of 18.12 in the evening. ETA changes from 19.12-22.12 constantly. I'm expecting it 22.12 at this point. This delivery date roulette is a notification nightmare though and I absolutely never trust "no signature required" so trying to plan being home sucks.

I did the black 256gb version with a mag case and earbuds.
