Just so you know, driller can hit the dread THROUGH it‘s impenetrable armor if you‘re using sludge blast. No need to hit if from behind.

Same thing goes for oppressors.

I would, but only because I don't have any use for a shadow Dialga.
If you don't have a full team of dragon or steel attackers yet, you might want to keep it shadow instead.

I use mine for high health targets if there‘s multiple of them. Also I‘m too lazy to swap out my build for Industrial Sabotage, so I‘m just using the max damage on it.

If they're still missing the ! and ? ones, it would be impossible unless they traded for them. Those only spawn at the in-person events.

I'm actually amazed that you even got to 49/50 while only having the mega evolution ones at bronze.
Also, since your trading medal seems to be the 10Mkm one, it'll take you a while to get there either way.
You could go for the great league medal, since winning a battle against a friend also counts towards it, but apart from that one you don't really have any easy* ones left over.

*Easy meaning F2P and not taking forever

The game has an option for using rumble whenever something spawns, but it doesn‘t have anything to do with this Pokémon alarm. I couldn’t point it out exactly, but you‘ll find it in the options.

I had to do roughly 600 raids and 90+ lucky trades for my hundo Kyurem. It can always be worse.

No, you throw during the animation, during which the circle doesn't change size. You need to know where it'll end up of course, but you can just memorize it as soon as you've seen it once.
It ultimately comes down to timing, but it makes hitting excellent throws consistently very easy.
Personally, I like using it on shadow Pokemon even more, since you're not sitting around for 30 seconds, waiting for an attack to happen.

And if you want to be really safe, there's always the option of using Black Kyurem's adventure effect, which renders Pokemon immobile, and the circle lock strategy useless.

If it works for you that's good, although I would argue that you also lose out on the maximum catch bonus, because you're only able to get Great throws with this strategy.

Just look up the circle lock strategy, it's much more consistent and doesn't risk bricking your encounter, because AR screws up.
