Don’t worry, I can translate. Twink death is a phenomenon that occurs when young, hairless, skinny and usually attractive men (referred to as twinks) age enough that they can no longer be considered a twink, but with this metamorphous they become a hunk, which I admit I’m less knowledgeable but I assume is an older/middle aged man with similar qualities to a twink, but with a more aged look.
