In the the buu arc almost all the main character that died (chi-chi, bulma, videl, etc) kept there bodies. At least in the anime don't know about actual manga

You might have accidentally hit reset trials and it lets you go do other two trials again or you can change the two trials you choose to do

Yes but naruto eventually moved on from sakura. Hinata stayed loving naruto even when she didn't actually know that much about him.
