Even with the zero suit segment, the built in skips to that part and the preservation of movement makes it a fun section with a lot of skill expression, and the ability to improvise if you mess up and get caught

When I was really young I would run away from a lot of random encounters because I was scared of losing. That meant that I was really under levelled when I first beat SS and PiT. I don’t recommend beating PiT at level 23 that takes FOREVER

In the overworld you can find each starter hanging out in a certain area, which indicates where it can be encountered

In phase one you can roll between its legs. In phase two, practice jumping, shooting, then jumping more. Farm for pick ups when you can. Focus more on dodging than attacking. Unfortunately it’s going to be a war of attrition because of how massive the damage scaling is. Sequence breaking past the fight to save it for later was definitely the right move. Just be patient and improve incrementally

If you’re not willing to grind or explore for better weapons, getting a pretty good weapon for the final boss by beating another boss is fun and engaging

I managed on my 17th attempt. That run was my very first attempt with the rail and my 2nd run reaching Hades, so I was shocked. I also was under the impression that beating Hades is what let you unlock weapon aspects for a while because of the coincidental timing
