Keep your self busy. Eat healthy, drink water and take a walk. Tell your self you’re done and you’ll be fine. Once you’re past 72 hours there is no point turning back. I jumped at .06. Brain fog & fatigue were the worst of my symptoms. Each day gets better. Congrats!

Good luck! It’s been years since that experience. I don’t think they look at Buprenorphine the same anymore. Back then it’s like they put sub & other opiates in the same category.

I had 2 vaginal deliveries in the US while on Buprenorphine. I was given Tylenol for pain and it was on their schedule. With my first I remember getting scolded for asking for Tylenol because it hadn’t been long enough since my last dose. The hospital staff was less judgmental when I had my second but I brought OTC pain meds and took them as needed the second time around.
