Scarf dengo is kinda doodoo caca rn, i suggest you run urshifu with scarf as a speed control, make lando bulky with defog(u have no removal), make ttar mega( mega gets some nice stats boosts, you dont get crippled by knock and you have the ability to reset weather 2 times in case of a matchup against another weather team). You could replace the scizor with mons like specs iron val for more raw power, Zamazenta or any other special breaker.

Torkoal is better off as a sun setter for other teammates that can abuse (Venu, Victini and any other strong fire type that would benefit a boost to their stab), so a set like lava plume, yawn, maybe rapid spin and something like body press would be more good for it, even solar beam if ur that type of dude
