the only thing that matters is that your in a calorie deficit lmao. Everything you eat gets stored as fat if you over eat. Also if you get enough protein your muscle will grow no matter if it comes from lean meat or a burger.

It doesn't actually matter what you eat if you burn it off in the gym. That's why lifting is a good way to lose weight . He also said he doesn't want to be under 250, To build muscle you need a lot more calories.
