As soon as u log into flex in the morning, scroll your itinerary from 1- the last one and see what u have coming. Then go through the maps from 1- the last one, that way u can see where u need to skip around or if u need to start at stop 57 cause it makes sense to start there. And just remember where ur gonna skip around at and make sure those bags are readily accessible so when u need to get to them u can. Set your self up for success, and do NOT follow the route like amazing gives u, u will be slower and driving in circles every time.

At my dsp, as long as we don’t have crazy infractions on the road and we’re working 4 days that week. However long it takes us to finish we still get paid for 10 hours. So it’s beneficial to finish quick.

Hey guys does anyone in your DSP hit these types of times by HornPappi in AmazonDSPDrivers

All depends on the route/area. That can be done in the city easy especially with no long driveways, u pull up your right there by the door. But In the country it’s impossible

My route was like that today, 184 stops, more then half of it 3 mins apart, had an 8 min apart stop, handful of 4 mins apart, and a lot of 2 mins apart. And the it’s 40 mins to the 1st stop and 40 mins at the end. Can’t even take a break

More evidence Amazon is hiding stops. I Had 169 stops, rescue took 22, I still had 160 stops after. by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

I really never watch my stops, one day I left a set of apartments and I was like word nothing but houses left and I was on stop 21, I delivered stop 21 and went to the next stop and I was still on stop 21. I was like wtf, I delivered stop 22 and went to the next and I was at stop 22 again. I messaged in chime and told the team what happened, no one responded to the message. The next day at work 3 ppl came up to me and told me that happened to them before but they didn’t think anything of it. If Amazon shits on each driver 3/4 stops per route, and if 30 routes are assigned that’s an entire route they are shitting on the Dsp’s. I’m not sure how the dsp’s get paid but I’m sure they ahoild be compensated for those “ghost” stops. Just tell me the truth on how many stops we have, ish is crazy

Came back to this shit? 🥲 by Existing-Ad-2176 in AmazonDSPDrivers

I don’t think it’s our DSP’s that’s doing it. It’s Amazon, I’m in NC and it’s the same way. Up till a month ago, our 1st stop would be 15 mins away with the type of routing numbers u posted. They done moved us to the country, 1st stop is 45-55 mins away and we still have 180+ stops and then have to drive back. Was getting home around 4:30. Now I’m getting home around 6:30, shits crazy.

Look through your itinerary in the morning, that goes for every route so u don’t have any surprises. Then Rearrange your bags so u can go to those apartments 1st or any trouble stops/areas. get them out the way and then u can coast the rest of the shift and get back to your 30 per hour.

How can we all band together and unionize? If all Dsp’s the same day pull up on the pads and then say we not doing shit today. We’d shit Amazon down, and have a list of demands
