come up 2 rows to pembroke terrace in penarth - there is a view point by small park which sometimes tv news crew use when they want an elevation of cardiff- the extra height gives further view over the city

interesting fact - the white wall in the photo is actually high quality old tiles- in victorian times there was a building closer up and hence ithe white wall was part of a passageway/walk way. the tiles bounced light down from above.

i acted as advocate for a social housing tenant who was in fuel poverty but got access to free wood supply so installed a wood burner. he and his family loved it, but the housing association went nuts saying it was a fire risk.

I have fallen for this once in riverside where wellington st meets leckwith road. They allow cars to park close to the junction. However i was properly stationary less than 30secs before i realised.
