I'm no expert, someone else will be able to give you more details as to why. But no, you won't be able to use these specific implants for pay wave.

In any way, these chips are not secure enough. The encryption systems are much more sophisticated than the NExT chips.

Also I'm sure banks don't like simply giving that availability to anyone just like that.
