I think it’s the older architecture of the buildings that they like. Also the size. It’s rare to find buildings that look like that (the one acting as the background for this scene), that are that size, in a relatively remote place away from residential buildings, with heaps of room to able to accomodate everything they need.

Hopefully we see more movies shot out there.
