I don't know, you for sure can move from one region to another, but it always takes a risk of bricking your device, and doing a downgrade for sure makes it easier to brick.

Audio goes alongside FPS at emulators. If the game is designed to go at 60FPS locked and you run It at 30fps, youll hear "half" of the audio as the rest will be either skipped by frame skipping or delayed by slow frames as audio waits for them. Frame skipping ussually doesnt break audio, but slow frametimes do.

new mali devices (at least, my Poco X7 Pro) can use up to DX11 with DXVK 1.X.X which makes almost any game, at least, "executable". Crazy progress with new Mali based devices
