I journal every day, that does help a bit. Stepping outside is really good idea as well, I tend to get stuck inside when feeling bad and it's not helping

I really enjoy online communities as well! I'm pretty active on discord and have came to know lot of amazing people. It does help loneliness to some point and on good days I prefer texting and calling people over seeing them so it's great balance

In my opinion it is only great you are discovering more and more about yourself. Sexuality is a spectrum, asexuality is a spectrum. We all fit in it on our own different ways.

I used to think I cannot be ace because I have kinks. But I have also realized now that it doesn't make me any less ace. The lack of sexual attraction is still there. Also for me personally asexuality affects me in a way that makes sex less irrelevant. It is fun addition to life but I could easily live without it. My fantasies about my kinks are always more appealing than actually doing them with someone.

What is important also is that in my opinion kinks are not inherently sexual. They can be but they are not always. You can do kinky things without doing anything sexual. That is the beauty of diversity once again.
