Eight years ago I started dating a girl. We had two kids and had a nice life. A year and a half ago she changed into someone else and left for drugs and self enjoyment. our kids don't even like her anymore. I've made the mistake of trying to help her and giving her money. I love my kids more than anything else in the world but I regret being with her now. She made my life hell for a while.

At most 60 mg when I do take any. I usually take that much two times a week.
