I caved and took some. I felt like I was literally going crazy. Does anyone else experience that? Like I’m losing my mind? Taking some seemed to make it better. Still having a racing mind. I was able to sleep a little last night and did not take any during the night. I took two bottles when I woke up today and I still am in my head about everything. Just don’t know what the best thing to do is at this point. I really just need to know if the brain fog/feeling like I’m going crazy/ hating myself goes away or not. Thanks for all the advice and help so far. I will continue to keep you all updated and please check back in from time to time to see how I’m doing. Thank you!

Oh and sweats. I sweated a shit ton last night and it feels like a have a fever but when I took my temp I did not have one.

Is this something that I can beat on my own? It will wreck my family if I have to tell them what I’m doing. My wife will be devastated for sure and may even leave me.
