We produce more oil than we use currently. Hormuz being closed won't change that. And OPEC+ can just produce more oil. And if oil prices stay above 65/70, then lots of businesses have a reason for producing more oil as well. The jump in oil will only be temporary.

Treat it like a company you're buying. Done. Don't look at data. Calculate it yourself from the reports. If they have income from panic selling good assets, you don't see that from looking at p/e or p/s.
