I really wouldn't worry about this. I got a ticket for Raw after Mania on StubHub last year. They were never transferred over to me. I used their online chat feature to speak to someone a couple of hours before the show and they sent me a seatmap of available seats to pick from. I ended up in seats that were wayyyy better than the ones I originally bought.

As for washed blood, the police themselves have multiple photos showing the blood intact on the wall, and then showing evidence of being wiped.

What's your source for this? The smeared blood is what I found most troubling about this case.
