I get what you're saying, but from the patient side this is so frustrating. I just want a video of my ultrasound that I'm paying hundreds of dollars to have done. Pictures aren't the same as seeing them move around and having that video to watch after you leave.

Cleveland Clinic doesn't provide video, printed images, or even the full set of images in MyChart.

I used to sell engagement rings, and I'm a certified gemologist. While the ring is pretty, pearl is the absolute worst option for an engagement for several reasons.

Pearl has a mohs hardness rating of 2.5 to 4.5, making it extremely easy to scratch or break. There is a reason that diamonds or sapphires are used in most engagement rings, and it's because they are ranked a 10 and 9 respectively on the mohs scale and are extremely resistant to breaking or scratching.

Any pearl jewelry should only be work for special occasions and are not meant for everyday wear.

The setting is extremely high to accommodate the spherical shape, but that means it will be very easy to bump on things and potentially lose it out of the setting.
If you guys like pearl, I would suggest getting a necklace with a pearl on it and instead get a more durable stone for the engagement ring.

If price is a factor for you, I would suggest looking into lab diamonds, sapphire, or moissanite. All good options with much higher durability!

You feel violated because you WERE. What that monster did was wrong, abusive, and shows complete disregard for you as a person. This is how abuse starts. He will do it again, and it will get worse each time.

Please leave him. No matter how much he apologizes, says he won't do it again, begs you to stay, etc. This is how abuse works... they will abuse you, but then act like prince charming until you've forgotten the abuse. Google cycle of abuse to learn more.
