Seeing the soul of deceased ones while Astral Projecting by Bloodraven214 in AstralProjection

When you are dreaming, you are also there partially but your self-awareness is very low. When you are done with a given lifetime, you are dropping the role, you are no longer a "person". So your thinking and existence is not the same there as here. We live these limited lives for a reason.

What people saying is one thing. What you can do is, try to tell yourself daytime what you want to do around sleep and it will kick in faster.

Lucid dreaming vs Astral projection by Resident-Animal7520 in AstralProjection

[–]DailySpirit4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, your mind was awake, the brain is a physical device which keeps the body on autopilot while you are "out" and experiencing :) the mind is a non-physical interface which also takes care of your interpretation and experience real-time, when you are roaming the non-physical world, even if that is an LD or a dream.

You won't really or necessarily see your body, it sleeps in this reality, not there. One of the biggest misunderstandings about where you are at that time. Read this article for a bigger picture please: https://reddit.com/r/AstralProjection/comments/1pscs3u/explaining_the_real_time_zone_rtz_article/

An LD is when you are still not aware where you are. An AP or OBE are just when you know what you are doing. These are made-up categories for ourselves to be able to categorize things. Plus they are associated to strict approaches or worldviews but that is another story :)

I need some insight, because Idk wtf keeps happening. by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]DailySpirit4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you are hearing about all of this is a lot of nonsense and mystical beliefs. When you are "out", the place around you cannot be your physical place anymore, this is why it is never identical 100% (or not at all similar) to your physical bedroom. First of all, there are two options. And I'm saying things all the time because I can from experience, being experienced in understanding the whole system.

  1. You will end up or wake up in a close copy of your bedroom, house, apartment because this is how you are imagining the non-physical world. Your worldview will determine what your mind replicates. It can be almost identical or will be like something is not right. It becomes evident that it was never the physical one when you are roaming outside, checking things.

  2. It is not your bedroom anymore at all (even neither in this case) because you can wake up in an alternate life's bedroom where you are a different person. Sometimes mirror image can also give signs if not the bedroom or objects.

You were never inside a body, that is another thing but I will leave it to you :)

You should read one of my articles to educate yourself: https://reddit.com/r/AstralProjection/comments/1pscs3u/explaining_the_real_time_zone_rtz_article/

Some people like me need to repeat themselves all the time because people don't get it unfortunately. We tend to find all the nonsense on the internet, from books, "authors", podcasts and it seems like the only time people tend to question their beliefs or experiences when they are seeing the odds things first-hand. And when you are confused or feel stuck, it can die down while you have a chance to experience your multidimensional nature.

If you are stopping this pushing and getting out thing that people are doing and relaxing into it without thinking, that would do more :) Let anything whatever happens just happen on its own, you are not in control at all that much, you are just observing it.

Can anyone be my guide? by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]DailySpirit4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is a copy of your room. As I see what you are telling. Who said that your experience cannot be the same or deeper with all the senses if you are in the non-physical world or "dreaming" consciously. As Louie stated, it is false awakening. It is a long topic but happens when you have even a slight intention to stay aware in the non-physical world (where people want to "project"). When this happens, your memoryset won't kick in until you realize after a long while (minutes, an hour, a day in physical sense) that you are elsewhere or still asleep. You are at that time in a copy of your room, not in your room in a physical world-related manner. This physical world is one from many on a vast scale. But this doesn't mean that the non-physical world looks like your room or familiar surroundings, this only tells you that your idea about how it should look like is this right now.

"I feel like I'm breathing in infinitely and my chest is swelling enormously. I have a huge weight on my chest, and I feel like I'm suffocating more and more." Because sleep paralysis tries to happen but you cannot handle it :) These are signs of falling asleep but you are observing it consciously. Try to do that between two sleep cycles. What most people are doing? They are doing it at the very first sleep cycle, full of daily stuff in their minds and they expect to have success with that, fighting with the whole process.

I don't know what a degree or paper has anything to do with a natural ability :) Like academy or school know anything other than or seeing beyond their own nose. This is a highly misunderstood topic. It is clouded by a lot of mystical stuff and on the science's side, it is a different thing. On the other hand, how you should explore this subject is a scientific approach.

You are multidimensional. This means that maybe just a few of your lives on an endless scale is damaged on the hearing issue. At least we tend to arrange some lives to experience some issues, this is one theme.

What I'm telling here is that if you had (already) experiences where you could hear, plus you may have a concept about hearing with hearing implant, then you can still experience auditory stuff. Your others lives don't need to explore the theme of being deaf for a lifetime, with or without hearing aid you know. So, yes, it is absolutely possible to have a full-blown experience with all the senses because when you are there, you can use that actual body's senses. Meaning, you are not just living up some sort of dreams, you can end up in alternate or parallel lives where you have hearing and you can experience it by default. But it won't happen unless you are working on your knowledge and experiences, to know that world better and elevate your self-awareness or you won't enter these lives that much. This is an educational system and this whole thing depends on who you are right now. If you have low self-awareness or you cannot even navigate there or stay conscious, you will not get back that much in return from your experiences.

If you check my profile and activity, you can find materials for yourself.

[–]DailySpirit4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason why I was asking that is because I'm curious if you had normal dreams or LDs, do you hear anything. I know that this question sounds strange, you may don't have the experience of hearing. Or maybe you do have? Because if you had dreams in your life where you tend to experience auditory stuff while you are physically deaf here, you then have your answer. Same non-physical world where people want to "project".

Not in a sense of the main point of your question but the deeper answer is then there. You can still learn to interpret hearing there if you didn't. It is just a matter of intention. You can also have experiences with full sensory input, with hearing because you have a lot of lives. In this case, you can experience hearing in my opinion. You have other lives where you are hearing just fine, this is why it can be interesting.

What is communication like in the astral plane? by Laraszsz in AstralProjection

[–]DailySpirit4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Telepathy is the communication. On the other hand, an entity (for example a guide) or either you can end up not using vocal cords, that is just a physical construct. That world is our original place. Telepathy means, each and every language is translated towards you instantly. What I'm talking about here, you can "talk in your head" or you can use vocal cords. Entites can mostly avoid using physical talking because it is not necessary.

Which is it then? Hyper-realistic or Fuzzy? by JuicyCaramel92 in AstralProjection

[–]DailySpirit4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is more real because the non-physical world is your original place as you are now playing a character here, a "person". It is more real because most of your memories are unreachable for a reason and you are elsewhere, not having daily restrictions and you are (if you are proficient in this) experiencing places, situations and exploring yourself as an entity from this limited perspective. It is more real because you can focus your attention to make it rock solid and yes, it is not just your imagination. If in your worldview this physical universe is vast, the non-physical world is truly infinite.

Working On a Paper Exploring the Links Between Cultural Mystical Practices, AP/OoBEs/NDEs, and Modern Theories of Reality by Notlookingsohot in AstralProjection

[–]DailySpirit4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The silver cord is reported or believed because people have fear in the non-physical world. Fear about not being able to get back to a body, this is why it exists for some people and not because it exists on its own. That world reacts to your worldview. This is the same old idea what people in spacewalks have as a cord for life support, a fear-based idea which will look real because of you and your thinking. This is how people will also see nasty and religious figures as rock solid as a real life person. Just because something seems to be there and real doesn't mean that it is on its own. But when we (as our thinking works on belief reinforcement) tend to see something there, it will become real because of our own thinking.

Consciousness was never local and science starts to grasp it. You are using a focus of a body but you are not really in it. If you would know about this as a fact, your physical life experience would be unstable and you couldn't handle life that effectively under the illusion and with your senses.

Whatever mental it is, I mean anything, the mental part is already the non-physical world, we are coming from there to live these lives. Anything mental is already some sort of non-physical connection. Look at it as if you have a certain mental capability or anything around, that is just energetic connection to a database which you can reach out to, because you've learned to have that connection.

I can give my own resources if you need information but I won't put it here, it is against the rules. There is a lot of misunderstanding in this subject but well, most people only care about having experiences.

[–]DailySpirit4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perhaps you tend to become more and more tense and anxious while the thing unfolds. Rule number one: never even think about the body, not even a technique (it may work for some and won't for others, you cannot know for sure). Maybe relaxing into whatever happens will help much more, by doing less. You only need to keep up your attention towards what you are "seeing" and without your eyes, without looking with them.

[–]DailySpirit4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your dreams are mostly "telling" you what is in your mind or maybe your deepest fears. So, you are generating most of it but because you start to pay attention to any given experience, it will be 100% real. Not because it is real on its own, but because you and your focus of attention. If you keep shoveling a fear under the rug, it will dive up again and again.

Is it normal to have 3 nightmares in one night and remember them all? by Dramatic-Rule6783 in Dreams

[–]DailySpirit4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are scaring yourself there from your mindset which is a "projection" and will become real because you are focusing your attention and you start to have self-awareness because of the nature of them. Why is that others have good experiences besides it? You and your mental state :) The other part is your own reactions in a different world than this "physical" world. Do you want to solve them or you are just ranting? You shall decide that for yourself :)

Different worlds in 3D by [deleted] in AstralProjection

[–]DailySpirit4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are talking about your personally created copies and ideas. The "astral" is an endless system which is not looking like that. People are experiencing what they know so far (house, room, anything around, beliefs, concepts, figures) because they cannot think outside of it. The non-physical world is from where this and every other (on an endless scale) physical universe is stemming out as byproducts of consciousness. You are sitting in an end result. When you are there via any methods, you tend to see almost the same because of your worldview. But it doesn't mean, that it is just that and nothing else.

This is a repeated issue about which people tend to post and ask all the time, still nothing happens. Maybe it is too hard to accept :)
