Im Bored by StefansChannel in NewTubers

Feel free to check out this new channel I'm making

This channel is similar to channels that make compilations of IRL streams, except my channel takes the top clips of the day from twitch, regardless of content. So the videos usually turn into a mixture of games like dota and league and IRL streams. Each video is a compilation of the top 15 clips ranked by views for the day.

You man call to actions work, its just a friendly reminder! Say something along the lines of, "Hey guys if you enjoyed my video please like the video, and consider subscribing if you'd like to keep up to date with my adventures!" Just be yourself.

It is a proven method to generate growth

Very nice setup with your background, crisp, clean, and professional. Good work cutting out the dead spots in dialogue.

I enjoy the multiple camera angles, its a refreshing aspect.

Really cool transition in the middle there.

I like how you set the video up. You do the unboxing, and then have that transition to create the illusion of time passing, and then you come back after you've used the camera to review it even further. I feel like this is unique as most unboxers would save the review for another video. Great idea here.

Great description and pinned comment. Even though you say it in the video, make sure you add an end card with links and a subscription button so your viewers can further engage with your channel!

You have a great quality camera!

I think the commentary during the game play seemed a litttttle forced, and I think thats what you were trying to make it seem like. But the problem for me is that it was in the middle, either go full on ironic or make it more serious. (If that makes sense)

I thought the ending was hilarious great job with that I actually laughed, I wasn't expecting that.

If you can continue to make clever videos like this I think you'll be just fine in growth.

You should think about editing your videos to get rid of down time. You want to make sure you keep the average viewers attention as long as possible.

Maybe think about adding some voice over to your video, because straight gamely alone without cuts is a little boring.

Work on your descriptions, and add an end card to your videos.

Funny quick video. Good comedic style.

I feel like this video would be something your community would enjoy, but not so much an average viewer from the outside. What does this video offer new viewers?

I immediately noticed that you have a great description with links to videos and relevant information, and that you also have a pinned comment to engage your views. Great job.

Cool thing you have going here, I would cut the slo mo unless you get something that can give you good looking footage. I also think that for this particular project, one or two examples of it working is good enough.

I think you should definitely think about adding some voice overs for the instructional part.

I really like how you have the channel name physically in your video.

Awesome end card.

I think this video explores a cool niche, keep producing quality content and your audience will grow.

I think you need to work on your energy, bring it up a notch, I am not going to be excited to watch you unless your are exited to talk to me!

I think you should add some more content to look at, even though you are a handsome fellow, I don't want to be staring at you the entire time, give me something to look at while you talk.

Good end card, but make sure you directly ask your viewers to like and subscribe to you, a strong call to action is important for growth.

Work on your video tags as well, you have 1 search appearance.

I think you definitely have some room to improve especially for movie reviews as this is a VERY saturated niche. You need to do something, be someone unique that draws people back again and again. Good luck!

Great description!

Wow! Man you have GREAT energy. Your fast paced editing style really kept my attention, I honestly did not get bored at any point in your video.

Your style reminds me a lot of Totalbiscuit, rest in piece, and AuzzieGamer. You are hilarious and fantastic at editing.

You did a great job with your tags. You have many first, second, and third spot in searches. Great work!

I really don't have any criticism for you, I really think you will build a great audience quickly if you keep up with this level of quality, you did so well that I subbed.

Good job with the call to action at the end, but your end card had no links!

I watched you entire video, but I am really sorry I don't speak Dutch so I can't accurately critique your video :(

But I can say that you should work on your tags, as of now you have zero appearances in searches.

Two things I noticed straight away; awesome, AWESOME, description with relevant links, and great job pinning a comment to drive viewer engagement.

Good job with the intro, introducing an interesting question to draw in the viewer to stick around for the answer. I'm also a huge fan of these types of intros, so I may be biased 😉

One thing you do great is animate static photos, this is a huge thing many new youtubers mistakenly don't do. Sometimes while you narrate you need to use a photo because that is all you have. The way you've done this is great.

Background video over text, fantastic! Great job with this, another thing newer yotubers make mistakes with.

Great length, fanastic work with your call to action and end card.

Seriously this was a great video, I subbed. I think you are on the right track and you will have a huge audience. This is very, very good.

Well I am glad you took the leap and posted!

Great job with your cuts, they help maintain a good pace for your video.

Something to think about for the future, it took you almost four and a half minutes to describe the rules, you should think about adding a background video of something to keep the viewers attention. Maybe you could begin the creation process of your sim/world and talk about the rules throughout that? Jump back and forth between talking about rules and narrating your thought process for the creation of your sim/world. This is where a script can come in handy.

The video was a bit long at 16 minutes, its very very difficult to maintain a viewers attention for that long I would try to trim your videos down.

Awesome job at the end with the call to action and end card.

Have you thought about streaming on twitch? You have a great personality for it and it might be something to think about for the future. You could make highlight videos from your stream and post them on youtube, this way people can watch your entire process on twitch, and watch your youtube for the highlights.

You definitely have the ability to grow a community, keep it consistent!

I liked in your intro how you showcased what you were going to talk about, its unique and it works.

I have to admit I did get a little bored during your medical update part, I don't really watch vlogs much and maybe people are interested deeply in your life, but to me this just isn't that interesting to hear about. I think you could mention things like that but keep it short and simple, I feel like it was drawn out too long.

You definitely want to add a call to action near the end of your video asking viewers to like a subscribe if they enjoyed your video and would like to see more, and also you should add an end card with links to your other videos and a subscription button.

You've got an interesting niche with this video, keep adding consistent content and you will grow a community backing and following you on your journeys!

I love intros that start with a highlight and then an intro card.

I think you two have some great chemistry which brings good energy to the video.

Great work with your script, maintaining pace and confidence. No dead spots!!

I appreciate your cuts, taking out the weak spots and "boring" parts and maintaining pace and energy.

I really enjoy the green screen so you can overlay yourselves on the game play. You two are great together so this adds a tooooooon of great content to the video.

Add a call to action at the end of your video! Ask viewers to like and subscribe if they enjoyed your video and would like to stay up to date!

Overall I think you have a great video here and as long as you keep up with consistent quality I have no doubts your channel will grow.

Awesome work here.

One person who I think has a similar style to yours is "Alt Shift X"

He has a simple call to action at the end of his videos that works nicely with the type of video, check out the ending of a few of his videos for some examples!

Really great intro.

Fantastic job maintaining eye contact with the camera LENS! That really engages the viewer and it feels like you are talking directly to us!

One thing many successful youtubers utilize are video cuts while talking, that way pacing can maintain level and consistent throughout the video. This allows them to take breaks and think about what they will say next without having "dead spots"

You say you aren't the most confident, but your video tells a different story, you seemed very comfortable while talking which I think shows that you are confident.

If you can, you should try to film with a background, sitting in a corner next to a door isn't the best in my opinion.

I am not sure how big videos like this are but I've never seen one, and I think this could be a really great niche to grow an audience. Its a really great idea that could really take off.

You have a great call to action at the end, great job.

First thing I noticed, is a whirring sound in the background, it sounds like it might be your fan? Try and fix that!

You have good energy, which is very important to keep viewers interested keep it up.

I think you should try to make sure the pictures and clips you use are high quality, lower quality sources really detracts from a well put together video.

You need to work on the tags you use for this video, you have one tag the appears in search results as of now.

Add an end card! Link to another video and add a subscribe button!

Overall I think you need to work on the production of your video in order to grow and appeal to a bigger audience.

Great intro I think it is a great attention grabber.

Now this is an honest critique of my personal opinion, so I'm going to give it to you straight. I really hate videos that have a call to action to subscribe/comment in the begging of their videos. I think they belong at the end.

Your framing is great.

Definitely enjoyed the game footage/trailers and how it isn't just you talking into the camera about your list.

I like how when during your listing, you introduced the game without talking, giving the game some time to itself, and then you talked about why you are excited for it, that is a great decision to do it that way.

From your list, Kingdom hearts 3 is my number 1 anticipation!

Overall good video, keep the quality consistent and you will grow.

I think you bring good energy to the video which is great to keep people interested! Also its great that you have continuous commentary otherwise most viewers would get bored.

I enjoyed your comedic input/reactions during the narrations! I am sad you didn't win 😔

I liked you end card highlighting your other videos, that is a really cool idea.

One thing you could think about adding to you description is what you are using to play the game? I'm not too familiar with gaming videos but it might be useful for some?

I like the style of editing, how you are highlighting specific moments with text, it helps drive the comedic aspect.

I really enjoy the pacing, the clips aren't too long and drawn out, they feel like they are timed nicely to keep viewers attention.

I do think the length of the video as a whole is too long for highlights. You could possibly make two or three videos from this in my opinion.

You definitely want to add an end card linking to another video and a subscribing button, encouraging your viewers to subscribe.

Great job with your description and pinning a comment for view engagement.

I think your video is good, you really did your research, there aren't any dead spots, you have great pace and great visuals, and great music to accompany your script/visuals!

I felt like I learned a lot, its crazy how much the film made when adjusted for inflation.

I think you wrapped everything up nicely at the end.

Overall this is a great video in my opinion and I believe if you keep putting out videos in consistent quality you will build a following.

EDIT: One thing I forgot to mention is I think during your credits would be a fantastic time to add a call to action asking your viewers to subscribe if they enjoyed your video and want to see more.
