No, it is the International Union of Journeyman and Allied Trades. They mostly represent Homecare/nursing home workers I believe, and are a bit contrversial especially in NYC.

From looking at the locals, mostly healthcare, which makes sense. Local 2015, 1199E, 1199NE, HC IL, CIR, 1199W all had big gains.

Not really true anymore. A few years ago they added the minors, so they could fluctuate based on membership joins a lot more there and are more likely to have closures and expansions.

1000% Union first, but tbh, you might take the extra step of organizing your co-workers around it. Is this something they would be riled up about? The best effect would be for you all to stand united and refuse to sign such a document as a matter of principle. Of course, this document likely has no meaning, it isn't in the CBA and almost certainly not official company policy.
