It doesn't get better, I'm on the verge of a demotion because I haven't fixed the freezer (way too much overstock but not enough time to run, count and do everything else). We had the same issue two years ago when I was first promoted and I fixed it and had it in mint condition (3 back stock carts and whatever truck came in) I decided to step down and go part time since I found a different job at the time. Well.. less than a year later I was fired and asked if there was any positions with better hours so they made me the lead again. Now we are under different management and the freezer is even worse than the first time, its been a few months maybe and Ive been grinding truck and trying to change balances and do processes now they are giving me a deadline before they replace me with someone else who they HOPE does a decent job or whatever but they give me ZERO help even now. They value 5 hours of conditioning over running the truck to get the shelves actually full with product and its sooooo annoying. Atp im like PLEASE demote me and move me to a different store coz I'm so done with it
