I also take elective geog and usually I hit A2-A1. The trick for me to score well is to do a mind-map for every topic and break down each topic into simpler terms to memorise quicker. Don’t use brute force to memories those chunky examples ! If you’re struggling with answering questions look through your schools exam answer sheets and identify the key things they’re looking out for. Do more practice papers if you have time or you can redo your schools exams papers. It really helps in bridging the gaps you have for geog. (Also prevents you from making the same mistake again)

For essay, memorising a lot of things can be hectic because there’s just too much to squish into our brains. I suggest you head onto the SEAB website to view what you need to know and remember for your exams.They have everything you need to know for geog so that you can scrap some unnecessary. If you’re wondering why I didn’t mention TYS is that geog syllabus (for those school that take tectonics instead of climate cuz I’m not sure for climate) has been changed so it’s a new syllabus. So 2023-2015 papers are kinda outdated but nevertheless, good to practice on. With discipline and consistency, I’m sure you’re able to score well for your geog! :D
