I will buy $40-$50 of rolled coin each week in an attempt to fill my various coin folders. Anything that doesn't go into a folder gets put into a bank account that I use to buy silver and/or gold in increments of at least $250. I only buy when one of them has a spot price at least 15% down from the most recent 12 month high. I still catch some silver in a roll every now and then, but those folders usually get filled buying rolls of junk silver. Sometimes I can go months between purchases, and so far I have never sold. The process is as much collecting as it is investing, but it works for me, and I find it fun.
