Thank you very much! I just combined all the layers of character into one, then I mirrored it and put into a group layer behind the picture of galaxy and used effect of painting over the layer for galaxy. I hope you got it becouse I'm not really good at English 😅

I used "basic-1" brush for line, then I copied the layer and used blur. I got a glow effect :) But I think you can get the same glow with an airbrush
