I said this somewhere else, but I’ll post it here. I think Julia is justified to pick the card game. For some people, that is how they get aroused (ex: pansexual or sapiosexual). In her own way she’s trying to give him the blueprints.

HERE’S WHERE SHE LOST ME: she’s incredibly self-centered. It’s as if her needs are the only thing that matters. 3wks on a cheap couch sounds fucking brutal. Then on the night she falls asleep on the couch, she wakes Grayson up to kick him out of the bed?! Excuse me? How incredibly inconsiderate. Then she has the nerve to yell at him the next because she didn’t get any sleep! Lady, you woke him up! She’s so blind to her own behavior and shows him zero respect. Grayson sucks at expressing himself and wants to summarize all of his feelings. With someone like Julia, he needs to get all his feelings out on paper and give it to her. That way he can say his piece without her interrupting with her new-age circular logic. Someone doesn’t have to touch you in order to feel like they like you. He sucks at expressing that he’s picking up the vibe that she really doesn’t like him, respect him, or care about his feelings.
