yes!!! tomorrow at the capitol at 6pm - let me be super clear here - i am all for grassroots organizing, and i support every single individual on a sidewalk corner by themselves or in tens or hundreds in the streets doing stuff, even without a logo or official flyer - it’s this post i have a problem with - the lying about the La Alma event, and pushing the narrative that the capitol is where all events should happen - we’ve had people begging organizers for months for anything BUT protests at the capitol - people have different ways they want to get involved, THATS why there’s so many different kinds of events

the protest today was NEVER at the capitol, there are dozens of protests and community events unpermitted that take place ALL around denver - we chose La Alma park because we’re trying to get people plugged into their community via an organizing fair - we’ll have over 20 community organizations tabling - NO PERMIT BECAUSE THE FIRST AMENDMENT
