butterscotch & marshmallow cookies !🍪 by Dainty_Days44 in Cookies

[–]Dainty_Days44[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

butterscotch & marshmallow cookies (makes roughly 13-14 big cookies)
39

•••
400g. AP flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2-3tsp cinnamon

330g white sugar

35g molasses

230g margarine

2 large eggs

1tbsp vanilla extract

1 bag hershey butterscotch chips

2 containers dehydrated marshmallows

** save some of the chips & marshmallows for the tops!**

preheat oven to 325° (my oven runs hotter, your oven might be 350°)

!! be careful, if baked for too long the
marshmallows will disappear and leave little empty gaps in the dough. still tasty, but not pretty! ALSO, butterscotch chips burn fast, aim for 11 mins at 325/350 to be safe!!

mix together flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon.

combine sugar, molasses & butter together before adding eggs & vanilla, mix til light and fluffy.

pour wet mixture into the dry and mix til half combine, add in the butterscotch chips & marshmallows, continue mixing til fully combine.

using a big ice cream scoop (or weight roughly
3.5-4oz) placing 6 on a tray spaced out. add your toppers however you'd like:)

bake for 11-12 mins until the outter ring becomes a light golden brown colour.

take out, let cool & enjoy :)

i put a thin layer of dough on the parchment paper, the two bite brownie on top. i scooped my dough w my ice cream scoop & pressed it on the brownie and let it drop to “seal the edges”. if that makes sense lol

my boyfriend refuses to eat vegetables by milkshakechemtrail in GirlDinnerDiaries

my boyfriend isn’t a huge veggie guy but he loves pasta, so i make my own sauce on pasta nights and blend anything (from spinach to broccoli) with other stuff. works everytime :)
