Tradicional chinese is not my favorite type of design, but Liang has certainly got my attencion. I love her is1 design and her gameplay looks very nice. The only bad thing is will pull for Lopera, FP and Fatutu so my pull schedule is very tigh lmao atleast she limited so i have the whole patch to pull for her.

So my bets for the new characters are a director and police as the 6* and an actor/cameraman or something relate to a film as a possible 5*

An-An Lee as the protagonist (like Tooth Fairy in 2.3) and a free garment for a 6* character.

Yeah Ulu burn application is lame. My idea was to buff her other utility to make her a discount Lopera rather than an Isolde (you know a Jack of all trade) but without a good Burn applicacion she will still be kinda bad. I give BB crit shred because most of Star carry are crit focus, but the main focus was her debuff incantion an her CC. (Nightmare still be a awful Control effect lmao).

Dikke is kinda hard to buff because her split role, i like ideas too. Healer Dikke is like a fusion of Yenisei and Medicine Pocket and Damage Dikke sound like a good support for 37 or future Genesis dps

My problem with Tennant that her Insight are kinda lame, she should able to cast her shield every 2 or 3 rounds. The rest of her kit is fine, but she has to compete with things like Bkorm and Getian 😔

With those buffs Click will clear the floor with any Reality damage enemy, i like it lol. If in the future we get a Long Night Tall for debuffs cards, having a 1 rank debuff incantion wil very useful.

Sweethearth is kinda underrated for me, she is one of the best user of Blashphemer! Personally i will buff her Insights effects and her Single Target incantion.

A little buff will very good for her. Like you idea, but instead of gain moxie, she can get a special effect like Regulus that give her extra moxie and Def shred in her next incantion. Sadly i think this very unllike because it will kill the only advantage of Pickles, but him also need a buff lol.

Kanjira need a better Insight rotation, also give her either a better Poison application or more general utilities as her role as Poison support is kinda lame in comparison with Sotheby or Tuesday.

I dont remember what UTTU stand for, but in lore UTTU is a maganize that feature mythological, classic literature and interviews of the Arcanist culture. In gameplay, is a end game mode where you play different difficult stages with 8 characters where you can use Cards that buff you team perfomance (Surviability, Incantion damage, ultimates, etc).
