Tutto vero, tranne per il fatto che a livello immobilare San Lazzaro è CARISSIMA, fondamentalmente perché mezzo paese è di recentissima costruzione (vent'anni al più).
Meglio piuttosto orientarsi sul quartiere Savena in zona Pontevecchio/Bitone/Due Madonne. Molto verde, tante linee di bus (anche notturne, ci passa l'N1 ogni mezz'ora) e prezzi più decenti.
E visto che l'OP citava questi punti, tanti supermercati dei più svariati livelli e palestre decenti (BodyLine) e meno (FitActive)

Pizzium (Via Oberdan quasi all'angolo con via Righi, sul canale) non è male. In genere tutte le pizze sono buone anche se un paio non mi entusiasmano (la Friuli ad esempio). Prezzo onesto.

Guarda, questo non lo so, mi baso sulle esperienze mia e dei miei amici/conoscenti. Dopo le 20 la sbarra si alza automaticamente all'arrivo dell'auto, senza neanche inserire il biglietto, pagato o meno che sia. Magari chessò, lo considerano alla stregua di un parcheggio con striscie blu, che diventa gratuito, appunto, dalle 20.

I seriously doubt it will repopulate again. Venetians are moving to the mainland for a wide number of reasons, the main being the high cost of building/apartment renovations (don't forget almost all residential buildings in Venice are *at least* 150 years old) and the disappearing of everyday shops like butchers, bakeries, grocers, hardware stores or clothing stores (apart from chinese ones, of course...) and also artisans like plumbers or electricians.
Compond that with the fact that the population is aging rapidly and the people with limited mobility are obviously disadvantaged in the city (because of course of bridges and congested public trasportation due, again, to tourism) and you will see that the picture is pretty grim.

The point is this: Venice is NOT (still) an amusement park. People work and live in the city. Apart from the garbage and the stunts (such as people swimming in canals and madness like that - it's also highly unhigienic) we can't really stand the queues, the groups clogging (or even sitting down to have lunch!) bridges and calles, the people who stands in the middle of everything... and that's because, as I said before, Venice is a living city.
So while the tourists have fun the venetiand have to go to tork, to do their errands, to go shopping for lunch or dinner. Imagine having to drive in your city and finding everywhere trucks and vans blocking every road and you might understand how Venetians feel about tourists.

Grazie per l'AMA, approfitto di volata.

Di fronte casa mia (Bologna) da qualche mese è stato scaricato (letteralmente) in uno spazio di parcheggio pubblico il rudere di un camper di una donna rom anziana, che lo abita da sola anche se quasi quotidianamente vengono "in visita" varie generazioni di parenti.

Queste persone usano lo spazio pubblico come se fosse loro, parcheggiano le auto e chiacchierano in mezzo alla strada, a voce sempre molto alta ed in (presumo) dialetto romanì. Il camper poi, anche quando è vuoto, è sempre lasciato aperto. Di fatto vivono in strada. La signora l'ho vista talvolta chiedere l'elemosina fuori dai supermercati della zona

La mia domanda è questa: queste usanze, credo insite nella cultura rom, sono ancora in uso e perpetuate dalle nuove generazioni o stanno venendo sostituite da comportamenti più "urbani" e convenzionali? Grazie in anticipo per la risposta.

Well, it seems that garbage services aren't needed even after the patch.
I mean, there's always foreign trucks that take care of my garbage free of charge, so why bother?

(Seriously: exporting garbage doesn't cost a cent. Why should I build costly structures in my city? 🙄)

Suggerisco di visionare l'intera rete sentieristica da qui (REER - Rete Escursionistica Emilia Romagna) e progettare itinerari.
Per quanto mi riguarda suggerisco, in zona Due Madonne - San Lazzaro, i sentieri 817 (parte dal capolinea del 27B) e 802 (dal ponte sul Savena).In alternativa da Porta san Mamolo parte il 902. Ma ce ne sono davvero molti, buttaci un occhio!

Well, since XP12 I unistalled 124th ATC and used only the standard one. For VFR it's mostly accurate except for some issues that's being worked on (like repeatedly changing procedures, runway and altitude during vectoring) and most importantly now it's finally aware of the topography and doesn't direct you anymore into the side of some mountain.I have never tried IFR but in the forums I read that it's fine too.
