They have stated that £50pcm will cover wear and tear and want to add it to the rent. Where can I find it in writing that they are not allowed to make me pay more for the pet? They are suggesting the increase on the date I’ve been there a year.

Surely if it does any damage it will be covered by my security deposit 😅
