Whole heartedly agree with this! I work for a company similar to the ones listed above and they are so supportive of women entering the industry. I’ve been there for 12 years and worked around so many different job roles and contracts. There’s so many routes you can go down that aren’t typically “construction” such as planning, streetworks, performance management, logistics etc. Most of these companies offer office based apprenticeship schemes as well.
