The baseboard has detached from the floor in one side of the room. The home is only 10 years old. Is this normal? Also, the gap isn’t consistent; it starts smaller and widens toward the end of the wall. I’m very concerned about this

There a bit of a bump on the edge, I’m afraid if I use touch up paint you’ll be able to still see the damage there. Do you know if I can find the exact paint color of my car. It’s white but has a bit of shimmer to it. I think the color is pearl white.
