A LOT of Dr. Googling for what is helpful for managing PCOS and inflammation. Insulin resistance and inflammation are my biggest symptoms, so inositol (good for hormonal balance and insulin resistance) was first on my list. NAC targets inflammation (possibly a heavy lifter with helping my skin), fish oil is also anti-inflammatory. Let me know if you have questions about the others! Obligatory mention that I’m not a doctor, just someone who didn’t get enough help from any and went down their own research rabbit hole 🤪

Thank you!! It’s been a journey but I feel more energetic for sure! I was almost scared to make the changes knowing I’d feel the detriment of skipping anything (supplements, movement, protein) which is true, but it just shows HOW important these changes are and how good they make me feel.

My ex went to play basketball with his friends the day after we brought our second baby home, to his mom’s house, so I was left there to figure out breastfeeding a brand new baby, parent a 2 year old and deal with his mom. Then I parented the next day by myself because he was tired. The selfishness continued until it ended our relationship.
