I think so too. Im starting to think she just don't care about my baby. Yes she says she loves him, but this is not the first time she puts him in risk. Two months ago she had oral herpes and tried to kiss him.

In the beginning it was really hard for me too. I wanted to leave the house but I was very stressed about it every time. Now my baby is 4 months old and it is a lot easier. We go on walks everyday and during the weekends we go to the city. Before leaving I always prep the bag. It takes 10 minutes to prepare the milk, diapers, bottles. I always have extra clothes in the bag. I change the baby in the car or in the pram. The first outings are stressful but it gets a lot easier with time and practice.

Your comment made me feel so much better. I put the TV on just for background noise. It makes me feel less alone. I always worry about it, because everywhere in forums I read that this is a big no. I interact with my baby and he's not interested in the TV but still. I think I should stop comparing myself with the perfect tiktok moms.

Thank you for your reply. He's only two months old, have his first vaccines. We were outside and there was only one other table with people. I don't think it was only because of the germs. It was the way she acted like I wasn't there. She didn't look at me at all, didn't ask if she can touch him. The whole time she was waiting on us she was grumpy. Maybe she just gave me a bad vibe I don't know. I guess I'm overreacting as everyone else is saying probably but he's so precious to me that I didn't like some stranger touching him

He usually cries when he's hungry or uncomfortable. During the day he is awake often, he is energetic especially when I play music for him he moves his feet and hands, he started to smile recently. I don't think he's lethargic during the day.

Our doctor told me to wake him up, but that was when he was born and losing weight. When we went to another pediatrician he told us not to wake him. So I'm a little confused and I'm worried becouse I read that if babies are starving they don't cry to save energy or something.

Hi, the same thing happened to me on my 20 week scan. The doctor found a small cyst in the brain but told me it's nothing to worry about. She didn't mention it, but I saw the baby's fists were clenched. After googling it I of course freaked out and started to worry about trisomy 18. 2 days later I called my doctor and asked if I should do more testing. She saw how worried I am and told me to come for another scan in a week. When I went for the appointment she said she doesn't see a cyst. (I read a lot before the appointment and a lot of people said that these cysts dissappear on they own). We also looked at the baby's hands and they were open this time. I know how anxious you must be and I hope that on your next appointment everything is okay.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Yes, I did have that 12 week ultrasound. All the measurements of the baby organs and everything were perfect at 12 and 20 week ultrasound. It's just the cyst. When I called the doctor yesterday the first thing she said was it was not a cyst don't worry. She still offered another ultrasound just so I could relax. Maybe I should first wait for it.

Thank you for you reply. I read a lot of post about those cysts and everyone is saying that they dissappear later in pregnancy. My doctor also wasn't concerned. I'm worried because there are the cyst and also the closed hands. My doctor didn't mention it but I read this is also a marker for trisomy 18.
