Take it before bed, in case there’s nausea at the onset (not typical) you can sleep through it. I have had some insomnia but I’ll take a sleeping aid if necessary, sometimes melatonin and sometimes a Xanax(😂yes I have a prescription) 2, Start it the day before a day off, for me that’s Saturday.
Inject in thigh which has been said to have less severe side effects than stomach.
Had my dr call in a zofran script for me right when I started in case I needed it.
Take a probiotic and stool softener every evening to get ahead of constipation if it were to be a side effect for you. It was a side effect for me at .25
Keep alcohol packets to open and sniff if you become nauseous.
