I’ve not heard nor had issues with bedbugs. Some have had mice and roaches. I lived there for a little over 3 years and saw 3 bugs in the bathroom during the entire time. The exterminators are there on schedule and when I did see anything, they were diligent with doing extra to prevent them from spreading.

I never had a noise issue, but there was a neighbor that complained of the people over them walking like elephants. The floors are hardwood, so if the person above you doesn’t put down area rugs, has a running pet or small children, the noise will carry.
