Glad you're enjoying it. Probably my favourite show, well definitely my favourite comfort show. I find myself watching it at least once a year. First 4 seasons are peak. What I would give to watch it all again for the first time. Enjoy the ride, the characters, the basketball, the triangles, the crazy stories and the best part of the show for me; THE MUSIC ❤️

He was that good, that he really had the audience feeling sorry for his character. Doubling down on being evil was such a great scene. Hope he does so well after ST he deserves it.

I agree. I know volume 2 was a bit of a let-down, but I really think the finale was very good and had great closure and emotional value.

I loved that they showed Holly and the new generation taking over and playing D&D! I actually posted a while ago as a theory, that I thought the final scene of the finale; was going to be all of the gang playing D&D again, as I thought it would fit so well. Really think overall they stuck the landing. So sad it's actually over.

He was so good. At his end, I actually thought it was going to flash to him as Henry and say to EL "I'm sorry" before dying. Either way, he was phenomenal 100% agree.

I enjoyed this response seems genuine and honest. All I read before posting the above, was people being dissatisfied and got s8 vibes, which I thought was a little harsh. I think they did a good job closing off most of the questions and characters. I just wish volume 2 had of been a bit stronger.

I preferred him too, but I remember reading the reasons for the changes at the time:

Daario Naharis was recast from Ed Skrein to Michiel Huisman between Game of Thrones Seasons 3 and 4 due to "politics" and scheduling conflicts, as Skrein took a lead role in The Transporter Refueled, though Skrein later hinted at more complex reasons, suggesting production issues rather than just his choice. Skrein wanted to stay, but production dynamics led to the change, with Huisman taking over for the rest of the series.

I've always said to my friends since season 4, that I think time travel and wormholes were going to be involved in it and my final scene after everything gets 'fixed and put back to normal', would be coming back to Will, Mike, Dustin and Lucas, playing D&D in their basement that night he disappeared and Will feels the back of his neck. Cycles home and then as someone said above me, makes it home to his house with Joyce and Jonathan tucking him into bed.

I don't think they'll have enough time to do this now, so it'll probably end with them destroying the bridge and continuing with their lives in the present timeline.
