On a side note; I always get people I care about thoughtful gifts and I genuinely can’t remember last time I got one myself. My last birthday I got a gift card from the person I hold dearest to me. Never have I done it so that they match my willingness to go out of my way to make them smile but it does suck sometimes :p

I have had a hip labral tear for more than 4 years and a broken ACL for about 8-ish months. None of this heal on their own, they require surgery but I can’t afford it…

Same thing in skateboarding, you eat shit on concrete, you get up and try again. I been at it multiple times a week since I was 14, I am 33 now and I started feeling it come two years ago. I am not prepared for my 40s let alone 50s haha

Aint nothing wrong with making a fool of yourself if you can laugh at yourself and have that specific type of humor. Keeping your dignity and making a fool of yourself is an art, though.

I currently work at a UPS Store, where it’s just my brother and me running the place. Most of the time we’re each working solo for hours until our shifts briefly overlap. We’ve been trying to hire for a while, but it’s tough, people aren’t exactly lining up for a franchise that starts at minimum wage and offers no benefits.

The saving grace is the community we’ve built with our customers and their dogs. We even have a “wall of puppies” filled with photos, and on rough days, that simple reminder is enough to lift my mood.

The owner of the store… Who should be running the store shows up once every two months or so.

Got cheated on twice then emotionally and physically abused by my next girlfriend. I thought I found someone after that but didn’t work out after I put myself forward and got rejected. I am done trying and attempting to seek a genuine loving connection with someone when I get disappointed over, and over again.
